An enthusiastic and friendly, BHS Accredited Professional coach with a sense of humour. With 30yrs teaching experience and many references. Tuition and training for all levels in all disciplines and specialises in building confidence and relationships between Horse and rider. Experienced in coaching those wanting, flat lessons and tuition from beginners to British Dressage Advanced Medium, Show jumping up to BS Foxhunter, & X Country from those starting out and up to BE Intermediate Horse Trials. Watch out for my regular Dressage, Jumping and XC Clinics . I offer help with all aspects of Groundwork, competition, show preparation, and ring craft. If you are wanting to purchase a horse /pony, I offer a viewing service that supports and advices. I am a UKCCl2 coach that gives training for BHS exams to BHS Stage 4 level and I'm a BHS ride safe trainer.

ABOUT ME

Based in Hampshire England, with over 30 yrs of teaching experience, and being around horses my whole life, throughout the years learnt a lot about horse psychology and behaviour. Having that special connection keeps the understanding for these beautiful animals that are our best teachers! I spent my youth competing, schooling, and backing horses, and have taught in many equestrian centres. I have had the best journey throughout coaching, backing, Schooling, competing in dressage, jumping, XC & showing and had the opportunity to be taught by many very impressionable coaches over the years and am so grateful for all the knowledge I have gained from them. After having my children I spent 7 years at Quob Stables equestrian Centre in Hampshire , before leaving the role as Chief Instructor, having passed my BHSII, Stage 5 Teach , UKCC level 2 , and winning runner up in the Golden Spur Award 2016 for Instructors. Since then I've worked as Equine coach at Sparsholt College and other Equine centres as a senior instructor. Working now as a freelance coach I have a better work, life balance and have the pleasure of coaching people and their beautiful horses in all disciplines, which is always my biggest reward! I will always continue to learn from my experiences and train regularly as a rider and a coach to keep my own knowledge and development progressing!

Lessons may be paid via BACS, or Cash.

*Payment must be made on Bookings in Advance for discounted lessons.

Cancellation must be with in 48 hours or the lesson may be charged.

Extra charge will be applied to lessons outside a 10mile radius of Eastleigh.
